ICELAND FOODS PORTFOLIO
Starting in 2021, Iceland Foods HQ in Flintshire was selected as the flagship site for the Ortus PPA roll-out. End to end the portfolio includes distribution sites with over 140 supermarkets completing the target portfolio.
Iceland Foods are a multi-site supermarket retailer whose COLD-CHAIN assets include cold storage, food manufacture and retail outlets. Their buildings are a mixture of leased and owned properties.
